Independence is a
very lucrative state of existence. Being the master of your own choices and
consequence is one of the most liberating feeling that a super woman can
desire. A major number of women believe in finding employment to reach such
state, whereas, there are select few who are determined to start their own
business by working from home. The feeling of being your own boss is utmost
satisfying but due to the obscure fundamentals of our society, women find it
relatively more difficult to take up such ventures.
It is observed
that mainly older or retired women take such initiative of using the internet
to start earning for themselves. Due to senility and other consequential
inconvenience, it is difficult for such elderly women to go out and do a
regular job. Moreover, it is impracticable to expect an aged person to compete
with the fierce younger generation for the same work profile. Being engrossed

of elder super woman dare the effort of thinking beyond the narrow horizons and
in place of being dependent on their neglecting children, they choose to earn
for their own expenses.
The first
hindrance faced by such super woman is the knowledge and expertise in handling
computers as well as internet. Technology develops faster than the blink of an
eye and even the young minds are found lagging behind. In such situation, no
initiative can be successful if we do not extend our kind attention to these
ladies and express the patience of teaching them. Social networking is one of
the most potent media for seeking help in this regard. It is observed many a
times that when family abandons, strangers come to rescue. Elder women should
always try to keep social relations with younger people who work with
organisations dedicated for welfare of aged people. These philanthropist young
minds are found to be more than eager in helping such old but dedicated souls.
Many social meeting and seminars are being organised all across the countries
where the elderly are extended all possible assistance in being more independent.
The second
hindrance that comes up involves monetary issue. Zeal of a young but
inexperienced person is considered to have more credibility than an old lady’s
experience and expertise in the concerned field. If a lady has saved up
financially throughout her life for this day, then she should not face problem
in the process of establishment, monetarily. Otherwise she will find herself in
dearth of funds to start her own business. Banks, relatives and even family are
seen to take a step back when it comes to investing in a project where an old
lady is in charge. It is always appreciated that the super woman should prepare
in advance for this day and save up accordingly. Otherwise NGOs as well as
concerned government finance institutions can be approached to help take the
first step.
