The number of
women in work force has seen considerable growth in the last decade. Embracing the
super woman within, these ladies are marching forward in their high heels and
proving their value to the establishment equal or at times more than their male
colleagues. But one cannot help but notice that though the enrollment of woman
may be well comparable to men, but when it comes to high profile positions, the
board rooms are still filled with men domineering all the way. The presence of
the fairer sex is very negligible in these coveted positions.
