Too much of
anything is not good for health be it physically or mentally. Exceeding the limit of what your body can
cope up with, be it in eating habits or thinking habits, will lead to one or
many disease and disorder. The same goes in lifestyle and working style too,
one must follow distinctive routine for every work or hobby they carry out. We
should push ourselves but upto a fixed extent, and then allow some rest and go
for more next day or next session. I f we keep doing something without rest
breaks, at the place of attending perfection we will started to become fragile.
There are some statutory statements one must know to start into the competition
of being a superwoman.
At different
phase of a day our body responds in a different way at a different energy. At
different energy levels we can’t accept our body to act in the same of
enthusiasm through whole day. For example, a person can work with more alert
and be more active in between 10-11 AM than they are at 4 in the morning. So,
it is highly prescribed not to carry out works that need more attention or more
focus through the night because already after a hectic day our brain needs some
rest and night is that time for it to rest and relax out. So, Working within
proper time sessions and then allowing yourself the needed rest is must or one
won’t be able to gather to work with the same determination as the day before.
After the body,
comes the brain, the organ that calls the shots. If you are indulged in some
work, don’t let personal life’s problems hack into your mind. These will just
make you think more and more into stuffs irrelevant to the work and thus
delaying the outcome from the work. Every once in a while the brain needs a
relaxation therapy so go out and free your brain from the burden of work
related thoughts.
Choose the
priorities, to complete your work in time and without much of hassle. In a
schedule, note down what work holds the most priority and follow it up to have
a better management of time. Rest should also be listed in it, because it is a
priority that needs to be fulfilled to achieve other priorities.
Proper Diet and
getting rid of harmful consumable goods are a must because these are the
sources through which the body and brain derives energy to work. In today’s
rush people often aren’t able to maintain a scheduled healthy diet due to which
they prefer junk foods on their way to work. These fast foods make toxins
within our body that makes feel energetic for some moment but as it settles
down the responsive action of our body slows and these can affect in the long
run of your life. So, take some time out to feed your body the right supplement
because it is what will make you earn. Invest in your Body and a healthy body
will give you immense help to fight for that title to be a superwoman.
