Superwoman Iyanla Healing ABW

In today’s world where men have the upper hand in participating, appearing and completing complex jobs, Iyanla Vanzant has made her own name and cancelled out all those thoughts where people think only men can carry out complex tasks. Iyanla Vanzant who started working with  OWN (Oprah Winfrey Network) way back in 1999 has now made some name for herself along with success and  good faith to be listed as a Superwoman now.

"I'm not a celebrity television star, I'm a minister. To get there, I had to write 17 books, attend law school to learn how to think analytically, I had to create workshops, build an institution where I train people and conduct seminars," Iyanla told NBCBLK. Iyanla Vanzant a therapist and 17-time author, who is famous for changing the haunting life experience of her clients into successful healed victories, makes a clear mark that she isn’t just a normal woman or some cliché celebrity doctor.

In the latest season of “Fix my Life: House of Healing” Iyanla has decided to contradict a stereotype that has taken its own form and place in one’s life: The Angry Black Syndrome (AWB). Well being a superwoman she needs to think of everyone around her and she doing so through this session of the season of “Fix my Life: House of Healing.

Iyanla invited a group of eight women that inhibit temperamental behavioral issues with carrying the burden of anger and emotional distress. Many of these women are also coping with the effects of infidelity, physical abuse, absentee fathers, financial and careers deficits. In that group was present Lira Galore, the former fiancée of rap mogul Rick Ross too. When asked about her technique that helps her in healing these women and discovering their potential to the fullest. Iyanla Vanzant replied, “We must use communication tools and various exercises to confront past issues head on. They have to learn to forgive themselves and examine the emotions that they are feeling. Tracking their progress is also fundamental”.  She mentioned some important points while talking about it like confronting the past issues and getting over it, these will help everyone to keep their brain free and not hustled up with thoughts that have already happened. To be superwoman you need to keep your brain active most times to carry out tasks more fluently and swiftly and a brain full of thoughts can never make space for new thinking and be active in the present time.

Lastly Iyanla added, “You have to find your issues, find your story and put yourself in it and now with eight women together it gives more viewers a foundation. It's becoming easier for them to see themselves." She asked the entire woman around to know what’s wrong in them and what the issue that keeps bothering them is. Once you get to know how to cope with that, the path of being a superwoman becomes easier.
