All It Takes Is Determination to Be a Superwoman

Sitting in home today you might be wondering what I should do to get the fame and success you have been longing for. What you actually think is to do something big that can bloom your name around, but forget that even small ideas and start ups can lead to success and fame and I f you are doing it all on your own managing time for everyone else around you then no one can stop you from being a superwoman. All it will take a determination to get up and think something to bring a change let it be something small itself.

Pooja Jain Hansaria, the 37 year old Times of India Journalist and Instructional Designer decided to take matter into her hands when the pests in her house started to disturb her sleep. In response, she didn’t place some medicine to kill them for a while but instead she decided to make something that won’t be harmful or have any chemical ingredients and something everybody can use. She thought about everyone not just herself, a trait of superwoman she fulfilled. Pooja decided to start “Urbanns” a start up that makes home pest, insect control and organic products using natural minerals.

“The products are made out of ‘Diatomaceous Earth’ – siliceous fossil flour, which is said to have sharp microscopic edges that cut through insects and other home and garden pests. It acts as a desiccant and dries up insects, and is also chemical free and a safe solution for homes. We are working with a team of agricultural scientists to develop more such products and solutions for do-it-yourself pest control and organic gardening. We follow strict quality control procedures to ensure effectiveness. The product is cost-effective and a sustainable solution for eradication and prevention of insects and pests at home”, stated Pooja when she was explaining about the Start Up and Products.

Pooja’s idea for this start up is no big planned thought that she has been thinking over for years, it all started when she witnessed the growth of bed bugs in her house and all the pesticides, pest control agencies and goggled ideas didn’t help her get rid of them completely.

Pooja decided to bring ‘Diatomaceous Earth’ product in India itself as the ordering it from abroad was a fuss and costly. She did all this just by deciding to make a change for the betterment for herself and other peoples too. With proper interaction from the other people she could manage to know the main disturbing and common pests in a household. People have started to buy them by ordering them online and using them and the reviews has been good too yet by the customers.

She was a simple woman, but her determination, conversation skills and faith has made enlisted her as a superwoman. We hope she keeps working like this for the betterment of the society and keep providing us inspiration.
