Too much of anything is bad. There is no challenge in finding a flaw in this statement. The twist remains however, to decide that how much is too much. A tall person is generally considered very easy to spot in a crowd. As a result a tall man stands out amongst lot others even if he doesn’t make any attempt to look special. What stands out even more than a tall guy? A tall girl! It is a pre conceived perception that a girl standing next to a guy will always be shorter than him. So surprise and awe easily come into being when that image is turned the other way round and certain tall super woman is eyed differently.

If you remember your high school days, you will agree with me that there are two groups of kid who are most famous amongst the entire crowd. Guys who are jocks and girls who are cheerleaders! They appear like those mystical creatures who have it all and every other girl or boy aspire to become like them. However, there are certain girls, who choose the world of sweat and soil over the lipstick and shiny cheerleader uniforms. Today we know these girls as P V Sindhu, Katie Ledecky, Deepa Karmakar, Yusra Mardini, Simone Biles and every other super woman who have made their country proud in the most prestigious arena of sports.
