Super Woman: The Unconventional Teacher

As the world today celebrates teacher’s day, let’s take a few moment to elucidate the wonderful journey that a woman embarks upon throughout her life transiting from one role of teacher to another. When we talk about a teacher, the first image that comes to our mind is a lady teaching a group of students. However, the title of teacher can be bestowed upon any such person who teaches us to venture into new perspective or make a better person out of ourselves. This super woman like task is taken up and executed by every female throughout her life.

As a little girl, filled with innocence and ignorance of the insincere nature of the world, she teaches her parents how to become a true guardian beyond the happy go lucky couple they were till now. She brings out the sense of protectiveness, attitude of welfare beyond selfishness and sense of belonging together from the people who lived like two separate individuals in a marriage. When it comes to the father, she teaches him a new found respect and care towards woman in general as he quits being an unruly guy and begins to see the super woman inside the opposite gender.

As she grows up into a young lady and gets introduced to the exciting life of companionship, she is seen to end up with a young lad of her choice. After the bliss of romantic fog and rain of love has settled down, she moves onto a more important role of teacher by making a better person out of the not so polished version of a man. A guy may be adorned with all the qualities of a good human, but it is only when he takes the loving hand of a super woman as his partner, can he reach the zenith.

As she settles down to have a family, and after few years is blessed with a baby, the biggest role as a teacher begins in her life. A mother’s influence as a super woman in a child’s life is incomparable to anything else. She is the first person who introduces the world to the kid and teaches him or her to differentiate between good or bad. The engraving in the wet clay of a child’s mind builds up his character for the rest of his life.

If a mother succeeds as a good teacher, she can bring out a gentleman from her son or honorable lady as her daughter. The process of teaching or learning is never ending in a woman’s life. The role she plays during successive stage in different people’s life cannot be compared better than that of a teacher. So today, when the world is saluting the beacons of knowledge across the world, we pay a token of respect to super woman, upholding this part throughout her life.
